Daskan Agricultural Products Inc. is a family-owned company, which has achieved substantial development for the last 25 years. In the early of 1980s, Daskan has started the business as both a producer and a trader of rice and cotton products.
In 1986, in order to trade cotton and seedless raisins
( Sultanas ), Daskan Unlimited Company has been founded with USD 250 000 capital by three brothers of Daskan Family ( Durmus DASKAN – Mustafa DASKAN – Adnan DASKAN).

The company, in 1987, built a cotton gin plant on 7000 m2 in order to serve for the domestic market. On the other hand, Daskan had provided raw materials for the exporters of Sultanas till 1996.
By achieving significant development, in 1995, the company has became a joint-stock company and has taken the name “Daşkan Agricultural Products Inc.”. Also, in order to realize the exportation of Turkish Sultanas, a new plant was built on 13000 m2 in Urganli / Turgutlu area.

In 2003, the company bought a new cotton gain,cotton gin plant consisting of 5000 m2 in Turgutlu.
We has imported imported 4 injection machines (2 machines in 2004 and 2 machines in 2006) from Taiwan and built a new plastic plant on 5000 m2 in Urganli / Turgutlu in order to support its sultanas exportation and serve the domestic market. We has started to produce
